Inside, the thoughtfully designed space features a comfortable double bed with soft linens, a stylish shower room, and a well-equipped kitchenette with everything needed for preparing simple meals during your stay. The warm and inviting living area includes comfortable seating, a dining space and a wood-burning stove, creating the perfect setting for cosy evenings in whatever the season.



Step outside and enjoy your own private seating area, ideal for morning coffee, outdoor dining or unwinding with a glass of wine while taking in the peaceful surroundings. Whilst sitting on the deck, guests can enjoy listening to the sky larks and watching buzzards soaring overhead.

The town itself is known for its attractive Georgian architecture, historic coaching inns, weekly Wednesday market and welcoming community atmosphere. Wander through quaint streets lined with independent shops, cafés, traditional pubs and local eateries, or explore the many walking and cycling routes that pass through the area, including the scenic Angles Way. Flint Vineyard and the taproom at Grain Brewery are a short distance from the property and definitely worth the visit.



Harleston is ideally placed for exploring the wider region. The Norfolk Broads, the Suffolk Heritage Coast, Southwold, Aldeburgh and the historic city of Norwich are all within easy reach by car. Nature lovers can enjoy riverside walks along the River Waveney, wildlife-rich countryside and peaceful cycling routes through nearby villages and market towns including Bungay, Beccles and Diss.

The nearest mainline railway station is at Diss Railway Station, around 15 minutes away by car, offering direct Greater Anglia services to Norwich, Ipswich and London Liverpool Street in around 90 minutes.



Regular bus services connect Harleston with Norwich, Diss, Bungay, Beccles and Great Yarmouth, making it easy to explore the surrounding area without a car. Key local routes include the 36A/36B to Norwich, the 81 to Diss and Beccles, and the 84 to Norwich via Hempnall.



For days out, the Norfolk Broads, historic Norwich, Southwold and the Suffolk Heritage Coast are all within easy reach, while local walking and cycling routes pass through the beautiful Waveney Valley countryside.
