The building has an elevator, which is accessible from the first floor, reached by two flights of stairs from the main entrance



The Space:

The apartment is located on the fourth floor (with a lift from the first floor, or after a flight of stairs from the building entrance).

The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, one of which is smaller, a bathroom with shower, kitchen and open-plan living area with sofa.



Guest Access:

The apartment is located on the 4th floor, accessible by lift from the 1st floor (one flight of stairs to climb).



The check-in is self check-in and is normally available from 3:00 PM.



If you arrive before 3:00 PM and the apartment has already been cleaned, you will be able to access it immediately.

If the apartment is still being prepared, you can leave your luggage and come back later once the cleaning is finished.



In any case, all the detailed instructions will be provided to make access easy and stress-free.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is located within Florence's restricted traffic zone (ZTL). If you arrive by car, we recommend using a paid parking garage that will register your license plate to avoid fines.



LIFT: The building has a lift that starts from the first floor, so you will need to climb a flight of stairs to access it.



CHECK-IN: Check-in is done easily online in just a few minutes using the link you will receive after booking. It’s a quick and simple procedure required by Italian law, including document upload and signing the rental contract.
