A Peaceful Villa Escape with Private Pool

Enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay in this private villa with a swimming pool and garden, perfect for families and groups looking to unwind in a peaceful natural setting. The property offers spacious indoor and outdoor areas, ideal for sharing special moments with family or friends while enjoying privacy, comfort and the surrounding nature.

The villa can accommodate up to 11 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.

Three of the bedrooms are furnished with one double bed and one single bed, while the fourth bedroom has one double bed. The villa also offers a spacious open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen, with lovely views of the garden. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for your stay, as well as a central island, making it the perfect space to cook and spend time together.

Outside, the villa features a private swimming pool and a large private garden in a very quiet area. The garden also includes an outdoor dining table and a barbecue, creating the perfect setting for enjoying long meals and evenings outdoors.

The house is equipped with ducted air conditioning and heating throughout all rooms, ensuring comfort all year round.

The accommodation is equipped with:
- Two towels per guest
- Cleaning kit
- Complimentary coffee
- Rolls of toilet paper: 2 units
- Roll of kitchen paper

We will be available through the platform chat for any questions or assistance during the stay.

- The stove in the living room is purely decorative, and it is strictly forbidden to use or light it.

- The house has a gas barbecue and gas paella burner, with one gas bottle installed. However, we cannot guarantee or be responsible for the bottle having gas supply at the time of your stay.

- If gas is needed, it can be purchased at the nearest gas station, using the empty gas bottle available at the property.

- The villa is located in a natural environment, surrounded by countryside and vegetation. For this reason, it is completely normal for mosquitoes, flies, and other insects or animals typical of the area to appear both in the garden and inside the house.

- Parties are not allowed.

- Please note that the villa is located in a remote and secluded area, although there are neighbours nearby, and it is within a private gated and monitored residential area.

- For this reason, we recommend arriving with everything you may need for your stay, such as food, coffee, and any other essentials.

- Pool towels are not provided, so please remember to bring your own.

- We will send you the Wi-Fi details before arrival. Please save them offline, as there is no mobile signal at the entrance of the property and WI-Fi is necessary to enter.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
