The studio

Zeewende 18 sits on the fourth floor of Residentie Zeewende, positioned directly on the seawall of Zeebrugge's beach promenade. The studio is a self-contained space for two, with a terrace overlooking the sea, a bright living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. A lift serves the building, and self check-in via key safe means a flexible, fuss-free arrival whenever you land.



Sleeping arrangements

The studio has one bedroom with a double bed, dressed with fresh bed linens. Extra pillows and blankets are provided, and a socket by the bed keeps devices within easy reach overnight.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking - dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, hot water kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, fridge with small freezer space, and a toaster. Cooking basics, dishes, wine glasses, and a baking sheet are all included, along with a dining table for meals at home.



Bathroom

The bathroom features a walk-in shower, along with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer and towels. Toilet paper and cleaning products are also provided.



Living & working

The living area doubles as a comfortable space to unwind or catch up on work, with a Smart TV, dedicated workspace, and WiFi throughout. Practical extras include a drying rack, iron, hangers, and clothing storage. The studio has a laminate floor throughout and is smoke-free.



Location

The studio sits directly on Zeebrugge's beach promenade, 500 m from Zeebrugge-Strand station - your gateway to the Belgian coast and beyond. The coastal tram stops nearby, connecting you west toward Blankenberge, Ostend, and Nieuwpoort, or east to Heist, Duinbergen, and Knokke. Historic Bruges is easily reached by train for a half-day trip through canals and medieval streets. Ghent and Antwerp are also within reach for those wanting to explore further.



On the doorstep, Zeebrugge's authentic fishing harbour and seafood restaurants are a short walk away, alongside the marina and the bathing area at the bathhouse. Cycling routes to Lissewege and the Uitkerkse Polders start close by. Ostend Airport is approximately 25 km away, reachable by tram and bus. Free street parking is available for guests arriving by car.

The famous Coastal Tram ("Kusttram") stops nearby, ideal for exploring all Belgian seaside towns from De Panne to Knokke. Free street parking around the location.
