Additionally, the downstairs bedroom and one of the upstairs bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains.The downstairs living room features a heat-retaining soapstone fireplace, a dining set, a sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and a Chromecast media streamer. The upstairs TV also has a Chromecast.

The property is heated via geothermal energy and water-circulating underfloor heating, which can be adjusted with room-specific thermostats. The apartment has mechanical ventilation with a cooling function (please note: this is for mild cooling, not full air conditioning).
The stone fireplace in the living room provides pleasant warmth and a cozy atmosphere.

A carport is available with a car heating outlet. A charging station for electric and hybrid vehicles (1-phase, 2.3 kW, Type 2) is available for an extra fee. The driveway has plenty of space for at least two cars.

The apartment includes an outdoor storage room stocked with firewood. It is also suitable for storing skis and luggage.
