- Experimente motos de nieve de clase mundial cerca con amplio estacionamiento para remolques.
- Esquí alpino en Kicking Horse a 25 minutos

Hecho a medida con arquitectura moderna, este escondite de tres pisos es pura magia.

- Arriba (320 pies cuadrados), se encuentra la suite principal (cama queen) con su gran bañera profunda y vistas más grandes. Un dormitorio abierto tipo loft (cama queen) con cortina de privacidad completa el piso superior.

- Piso principal (600 pies cuadrados), las ventanas de dos pisos dejan entrar luz natural a la cocina y la sala de estar. Allí, encontrará un medio baño desplegable de tamaño king y medio baño cercano. El área para comer se abre a una cubierta cubierta de 500 pies, perfecta para observar el café y los venados por la mañana. * Utensilios de cocina, platos y utensilios básicos de cocina disponibles..

- En la planta baja (450 pies cuadrados), disfrute de la sala de medios con su pantalla de proyección de 400 pulgadas para películas y juegos (DVD y PS3 disponibles). We enjoyed our stay here and it comfortably fit 2 families (total of 9 of us). I appreciate that it was stocked with lots of kitchen items, towels and toiletries. One small feedback: If you’re listing a PS5 as an offering, it would have been nice to have more game choices available. Outdoor space was great - it’s too bad there were too many mosquitos though to enjoy it (no fault of the hosts though!)

Wonderful spot !

Great spot for a Golden visit or Kicking horse ski trip. Make sure you pile up from the Twisted Heifer Farm 2 min away (beef and pork cuts).

Amazing

The house is lovely with great amenities. Tucked away in the quiet of the mountain forest with trails within walking distance. The hot tub was great after a long day of snow shoeing. The theatre room in the basement was perfect for watching the football game. Claire was so sweet and kind, and very personable and quick to respond. Would 100% recommend and stay here again!!

Beautiful place to take a break

Nice house for all the family at Christmas.Enjoyed the hot tub after each day of skiing - eased those sore muscles.Huge piece of property and lots of room inside for several fun family games nights.Great hosts!!!

Office Getaway

This property could not be more perfect! Myself and my coworkers/friends had an amazing weekend relaxing in the theatre room and hot tub, as well as experiencing the beautiful property. Going for a morning snowshoe around the grounds was definitely a highlight!

Perfect VRBO Hosts...

...mainly because there is a book with complete instructions, house rules, suggestions, etc.; I have stayed at several VRBOs, and this book and other notices around the property left me with no questions about how to work something, where something was, etc., as opposed to some of the other VRBOs I've been to. Property is exactly as described, picturesque location, hosts are right next door if necessary. Five stars plus!

Easy to Enjoy — Mountain Paradise

Great hosts— welcoming, thoughtful (everything we needed), very easy to communicate with. The house is lovely and clean. The property has so much to do that we only scratched the surface. We all wish we could have stayed longer.

FANTASTIC Spot!

This property could not have fit our group any better (3 adults, 2 kids). While we spent most of our days very active in the area- hiking, rafting, exploring, this was the perfect place to unwind at the end of our long days. We took full use of the hiking trails, hot tub, fire pit, theater, etc. Hosts were nearby and easily reached, but we never had to bother them, as the house (mokki) was fully furnished and didn't need one thing. Easy 10-12 minutes into Golden for groceries, meals, etc. Had a bonus of meeting Claire on the last day in passing, and an extra bonus of sighting an adult black bear on the property as we were packing the car to leave. HIGHLY recommend this spot for your adventures!

Location, location, location!

This really is such a short hop into Golden, we were glad we stayed out here instead of right in the middle of town. It was very peaceful and the views were just fantastic. The hot tub and the privacy were hard to beat! The kitchen had everything we needed (including most condiments!) and the raclette made for a really fun evening! We didn't think the traditional raclette meal was for us - so we did steak and chicken, along with bacon and onions and swiss cheese on open faced buns. It was delicious, and a very filling meal with a few sides. There were only 4 of us staying, and I will say that the "bed" options in the living rooms would not be ideal for couples - but perfectly fine for kids or maybe singles. The house is lived-in and comfortable, with everything we needed to enjoy the place - there are games and a big jigsaw, movies and even flip flops for the hot tub! This is a cozy, peaceful place to unwind and they have thought of everything!

Awesome girl's weekend

We had such a relaxing stay here for the weekend. Location is easy to get to and the hosts went over and above to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The home is very well appointed and they've thought of everything you could possibly need. We appreciated all the little notes to make it easy for us to find things and know how everything works. We are Claire and Matt. Having three grown children, we wanted a special place to come together and eventually retire. Golden, BC is that magical place, and Moonraker Mountain provides us with easy access to the activities we love: biking, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, climbing, canoeing, fishing, swimming, white water rafting, paragliding... you name it!
We are now at the Mokki full time and live in the bunkhouse nextdoor.

Our family has camped within the Moonraker Trail system for years. Being able to experience the drama of Canyon Creek, the amazing wildlife, quiet forest trails, biking, swimming, fishing, and cross country skiing RIGHT FROM THE DOOR made this property too good to pass up. And now that we have fallen in love with the house, we have revamped our original plan to sever and sell it from the 120 acres. It truly is a destination in itself.

You have a beautiful, modern house in which to relax. You have space to play and NO fear of getting lost because our 120 acres is part of the Trailforks App system available on the Golden Cycling Club website. With this App, you can always see where you are on the land and how to get back to the house. Follow any trail your heart desires, and know you will always make it home.You can even follow that deer off the trail and still find your way back to a trail. It is one of the greatest outdoor tools ever!
