The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for home-style cooking, including an oven, stovetops, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, silverware, and a dining table ideal for shared meals. The modern bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, body soap, and a hair dryer for added convenience. Step out onto the private balcony with outdoor seating and enjoy pleasant city views in a peaceful residential environment. Additional amenities include air conditioning, washing machine, high-speed wireless internet, TV, iron, safe, and a private entrance for complete independence. Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor and there is no elevator access.
