Cozy little holiday home in Hummingen

Cozy and charming holiday home in a peaceful holiday home area on Lolland’s beautiful south coast, just 500 metres from the beach. Nearby you will find the charming harbour of Kramnitze, a small grocery store, several restaurants, and an ice cream shop.



The holiday home has recently been renovated and is furnished in a simple and tasteful style. With 45 m² of living space, it is suitable for up to 4 guests. The house features a functional kitchen connected to the living room, two small bedrooms, and a nicely furnished heated annex. There is also a cozy loft area where you can relax and unwind. The house is equipped with a heat pump, electric radiators, and a wood-burning stove.



The kitchen includes a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, an induction cooker with a convection oven, and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is 1 bathroom with a shower and 1 toilet. Guests also have access to a barbecue, hammock, and wireless internet.



The property offers a lovely private garden with a large lawn and surrounding greenery. A beautiful terrace connects the house and the annex, providing both sunny and shaded spots throughout the day. As part of the terrace is covered, it is perfect for long evenings outdoors under the terrace lighting.



Next to the terrace is a small wood-fired hot tub. Here you can relax under the stars in peaceful surroundings or cool off on warm summer days. A small supply of firewood is usually available upon arrival for the hot tub or wood-burning stove, and additional firewood can be purchased locally.



The sea is only about 500 metres from the holiday home. The surrounding area offers beautiful nature, abundant wildlife, and excellent opportunities for both relaxation and outdoor activities. Walk along the coastal dike, explore trails through the open countryside, and enjoy the stunning scenery.



The location is an excellent base for discovering the many attractions of Lolland and Falster, as well as Møn and Zealand. The area offers a wide range of local cultural and culinary experiences. Copenhagen is approximately a two-hour drive away, while the Rødby–Puttgarden ferry is only 20 minutes away by car.
