The inviting living space features bespoke wallpaper, a Georgian fireplace feature, and a charming window seat – the perfect spot to relax with a book or watch the world go by. A TV is also provided for your entertainment.



There is a cleverly designed space to keep tea and coffee making facilities neatly organised within a dedicated cupboard, while a fridge is also available for guests' use, providing all the essentials for a convenient stay.



The bedroom offers a comfortable bed dressed with feathered quilt and pillows and plush linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The modern bathroom has been thoughtfully designed to create a stylish and relaxing space, featuring a beautiful walk-in shower, soft towels, and plenty of room to unwind after a day of exploring.

Parking is readily available near the property. Guests have the option of parking at Quayside Carpark which offer free, 24 hour parking. Alternatively disk zone parking is available. Disks can be purchased locally for £1.

For those bringing a bike, there is ample space to place equipment at the back of the property.
