Upon arrival we looked at the place. We couldn’t even stay there. The sheets were dirty. They were bugs in the bathroom. There was no toilet paper. The place was disgusting. I asked for a refund because we could not stay there and so far that has not happened I feared to stay there and of course I did not stay there.

Checked in, lobby was deceiving. Appeared clean, dated, but clean. Then proceeded to room. Upon exiting the elevator, hitting by an intense sour, urine and mold odor. Proceeded to our room, even though I had my concerns, it was worse than expected. Cleanliness was nonexistent. Beds very wrinkled with no blankets, just top sheet and one pillow per bed. Beds were dusty and even had a dead bug on sheets. Some bedding was torn, curtains were torn. There was an area of what appeared to be bloody drainage from hamburger or meat dried on the counter. Wall in bathroom was rotted out and more. I snapped a few pics, but didn’t stick around to investigate any more offenses- I had already seen enough. Additionally, the AC did not seem to be working, as the room was very hot. I had also chosen this place partly because of the pool that was advertised. However, the pool was closed and had the pool cover over with leaves and debris on top. Indicating it hasn’t been used in quite some time.

Aspectos negativos: Limpieza, llegada, comunicación, ubicación y precisión del anuncio
At the price point I booked, I wasn’t expecting anything fancy or super nice. However, I was expecting it to be clean. However, after checking in and going to the room to see it, the reality was so far below any reasonable level of satisfaction. There was a giant area of dried residue on the countertop that appeared to be like a bloody drainage from some meat. Additionally, there was dust and even dead bugs on the sheets. Bed linens were sparse (1 pillow and a single top sheet, no blankets) and they were torn in some areas. Curtains were torn, lamp shade knocked askew and walls damaged. Significant damage in the bathroom. The AC in the unit did not seem to be functioning, as the room was extremely warm and there was a horrendous odor (mildew mixed with urine) throughout the entire property. While in the room, a few pictures were taken before promptly leaving the facility as conditions were not acceptable for myself or children. Furthermore, in the property listing online, the property is portrayed as clean and well maintained, but that is so far from reality. Additionally, the listing advertises a beautiful outdoor pool and patio area but the pool is closed down and appears to have been that way for some time, as there was debris accumulated. Completely unacceptable and I have been in contact with the host to report and request a refund.
