Charming apartment in the historic center

A charming apartment located at Via Mazzini 11, in the heart of
Cagliari. What makes this place truly unique is that it literally sits
against the imposing, historic walls of the Bastion of Saint Remy. A perfect retreat that combines the magic of history with modern comforts, ideal for exploring the charming historic neighborhoods on foot and experiencing the city in an authentic way.

The apartment is a cozy space with attention to every detail. For sleeping, the apartment offers two comfortable options: both a double bed and a practical two-seater sofa bed.

To ensure maximum transparency regarding the layout of the apartment, we
specify that the apartment consists of a single, open and fluid space: it
has no interior doors separating the different areas, with the exception of the
private bathroom, which has its own door that can be securely closed to
ensure complete privacy.

Guests will have the entire apartment at their complete and exclusive
disposal. The apartment is located in a very central and strategic location:
just step outside and you’ll find yourself within walking distance of the best restaurants,
cafés, and attractions. In addition, the main public transportation stops are
very easy to reach for those who want to head to the beautiful
Poetto Beach.

To ensure maximum transparency regarding the layout of the accommodation, it
should be noted that the home is configured as a single open-concept space and has
no doors separating the different areas, with the exception of the bathroom,
which has its own door that closes properly. The sleeping arrangements include a double bed and a comfortable pull-out sofa bed.

Upon arrival, you are required to pay in cash the tourist tax
imposed by the City of Cagliari, which is due for the first 5 consecutive nights per person.
The amount varies depending on the time of year:

- **€2.00** per night per person from January through June and from October through December.
- **€3.00** per night per person during the third quarter (July, August, and September).

Children under 12 years of age and adults over 70 are exempt from payment. Full details and the official regulations are
