The entrance to the property opens onto the living area, comprising an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a double sofa bed and a TV. From the entrance, you step out onto the terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying summer lunches and dinners. Moving further into the house, you’ll find the sleeping area, comprising a double bedroom. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a bath. The house is set in a particularly pleasant natural setting, surrounded by typical Sardinian vegetation and an atmosphere of tranquillity and relaxation. Thanks to its favourable aspect, the rooms are very bright throughout the day and offer charming panoramic views.
