This property is located in the coastal town of Wells-next-the-Sea, a beautiful seaside town with a bustling harbour, excellent range of shops, and some fine Georgian architecture. The town’s beach is situated just over a mile from the town centre and is a fantastic stretch of sand backed by pine trees. The beach makes up a part of the stunning 25000-acre Holkham Estate at the heart of which stands the gorgeous Palladian manor of Holkham Hall. Those who wish to see the coast from a different perspective may like to take one of the boat trips from the town’s quay from where visitors can choose a tour around the harbour or a tranquil wildlife-spotting trip through the marshes.
On arrival at this property, guests can make themselves immediately at home in the comfortable lounge/diner, a spacious room which runs the full-length of the property. Towards the rear end of the room, overlooking the garden, the lounge area has two sofas from which guests can enjoy the TV/DVD in the lounge.. At the opposite end of the room, the dining table sits in the window looking out over the front aspect of the property. The galley-style kitchen, meanwhile, has been finished in a contemporary style and is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, coffee machine, and washing machine. Beyond the kitchen, a small hallway has two doors, one which leads out onto the garden and the other which opens into a cloakroom with WC. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The first of these is an attractive king-size room with plenty of storage space in the wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second bedroom is a twin room, whilst the third is a peaceful single. The bathroom can also be found on the first floor and offers a shower-over-bath and WC.
To the rear of the property, there is a delightful garden which has a good-sized lawn as well as a patio seating area for which there is garden furniture provided. At the far end of the garden, a detached outbuilding has been set up as a fun games room which, with its darts board, pool table, table tennis table, and music system, is sure to delight teenagers and comdogitive adults. There is space to store a boat, and off-road parking available for one car with further on-street parking available locally..
