Nearby Kiplin Hall, a striking historic house set among beautiful parkland and lakes, makes a wonderful outing for all ages. Just a short drive away lies the historic market town of Richmond, where you can explore its impressive castle, riverside walks, independent shops and charming cafés. Within 15–20 miles, there are plenty of rewarding day trips, including the bustling market town of Northallerton, the historic streets and castle ruins of Barnard Castle, and a selection of excellent countryside farm shops offering local produce, all within easy reach of the Yorkshire Dales.

Step inside to a spacious, inviting lounge, a wonderful place to gather on special occasions with large, deep, sink-in sofas arranged around a cosy log burner at its heart, and a smart TV so you can enjoy your favourite films or sports games together.
