A Home to Relax and Unwind
The kitchen, dining table and sofa share one open room, so meals and evenings in keep everyone together, with a wall-mounted smart TV and an electric feature fireplace in the corner. The king bedroom has a lit vanity mirror and dressing table if you like to get ready properly, plus a wardrobe for longer stays.

• Kitchen: Electric hob, oven, washing machine, fridge, kettle, toaster and the essentials for cooking in.

• Bedroom 1: King bed with an attached en-suite shower room, wardrobe and a lit vanity with dressing table.

• Bathroom: Two shower rooms in total, the en-suite off the bedroom and a second tiled shower room off the living space, each with a walk-in shower.

Golders Green is a well-connected north London suburb with a busy high street of kosher bakeries, delis, shops and cafes right on the doorstep. The Northern Line runs straight into the West End, and green space at Golders Hill Park and Hampstead Heath is within a walk.

Good to Know Before You Book
The flat sits on an upper floor above the shops, reached by stairs with no lift. The building fronts a busy high street, so you`ll hear some street noise from the front rooms. Both bathrooms are shower rooms rather than baths. Parking is street-based and pay as you go, with no allocated space. Please remove your shoes inside and keep noise down, especially at night. Check-in is self-guided using a key box outside the building, with full instructions sent the day of arrival.

Extra charges
Early check-in and late check-out can be requested at £20 per hour, up to a maximum of 2 hours, subject to availability and approval. This can be arranged after booking through a secure third-party platform. A nearby parking space is pay as you go.

Booking policy
Guests are not required to pay a security deposit for this stay, however, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 to the card on file in the case of any damage or excess mess. Please take care and tidy up after yourself during your stay.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
