The attached bathroom is quite compact but functional & well-equipped, maintaining a standard of comfort and cleanliness.

A generous layout ensures ample room for movement and relaxation, while access to shared sit-out areas allows guests to enjoy villa’s communal warmth.

Guest can have acess to there room and common areas like Baithak( Tv Lounge).Chabutara(Terrace sitting) and other common areas

House Rules:

*Consupmtion of non-vegetarian food in the Villa is Prohibited

* Storing or consumption of any kind of hukka, illegal drug, and material is strictly prohibited.

*Playing loud music is not allowed at all times.

*No parties and gatherings are allowed.

*The guest will have to vacant the apartment immediately in case of any complaints from the society members/neighbours/local authorities, caused because of the guest or their visitor's behaviour. No refund will be processed in such case
