Located on a working beef farm, this property is surrounded by fields and open countryside. Set out on foot for a walk along the banks of the river Severn or head for the wonderful Wye Valley for breath-taking scenery. The Cotswold Farm Park offers a fun day out for the whole family, while culture lovers will appreciate a visit to nearby Bredon Barn, Hidcote Gardens or Snowshill Manor and Gardens. New for 2025 Cotswold Designer Outlet under 9.2 miles away.
Inside, the accommodation is spacious and full of original character, with exposed beams, an inglenook fireplace and oak flooring. In the large sociable kitchen you will find an electric range oven and hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, while a utility room houses the washing machine and microwave. The kitchen is open plan to a spacious dining room, which has oak flooring and a woodburner in the corner. After a long day on foot, the whole family can relax in the large lounge, where there is a flame effect gas fire, Smart TV, and patio doors to the garden. Also on the ground floor is a cosy twin room which can be made into a king-size bed (upon request), with an adjoining shower room. The first floor is accessed either via the oak staircase in the hallway or the spiral staircase in the lounge. The master bedroom is a charming double room with exposed ceiling trusses and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Also on this floor is a light and airy double, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower over bath.
Outside there is an open aspect courtyard with garden furniture and a lawn for enjoying meals and games outside.
