This charming barn conversion is situated on a family run working farm, and is the perfect base for a family retreat with your four-legged friend. Dartmoor National Park which visitors can enjoy by exploring on foot, bicycle, or even on horseback thanks to the choice of local riding stables. The National Trust property, Castle Drogo is not far away, a stunning country house with beautiful Lutyens designed garden, and children’s Bunty House with its own miniature garden. The market town of Okehampton is less than 10 miles away from the property, offering an array of shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and takeaways. For beach lovers, the expansive sandy beach at Westward Ho! on the north coast is a great day out for all the family

With a contemporary feel throughout, this remarkable barn conversion has been fitted and furnished to a delightful standard. Once you step into the property, take a moment to enjoy the what your retreat offers. The magnificent open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is the perfect back drop for catching up whilst cooking up a storm in the stylish kitchen, which offers an electric oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. Sit back in the lounge area and relax amongst the soft furnishings, while watching your favourite programme on the Smart TV. After a long day, head upstairs where you will find three bedrooms, a double with Smart TV, a light and airy twin room, and a single which boasts a beautiful slay bed perfect for the prince or princess of the party. You will also find the bathroom on the first floor which consists of a shower over the bath and WC.

Venture outside and you will find a large enclosed patio area which offers garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ; benefiting from easy access to the kitchen, this area is perfect for outside dining. Ample off-road parking is available on-site. Children are catered for with a super playhouse full of games and activities. The property is situated on a working farm, offering the opportunity for the whole family to enjoy the experience together of helping the owners feed the animals, please arrange directly with the owner.
