Located close to the historic town of Duns, with a wonderful market square and fascinating high-tech museum, dedicated to local motor racing legend Jim Clark. Visit the nearby Manderston House, home to the only silver staircase in the world. A paradise for walking and biking with the Southern Upland Way close at hand. Fishing is available on the Whiteadder River, with the River Tweed within easy reach, as is an array of splendid golf courses. Explore the seaside village of St Abbs with the dive centre and nature reserve, which was recently featured as a filming location for the blockbuster film, Avengers Endgame. Tour the Berwickshire coastline, visit Eyemouth with a harbour, leisure centre, and sea safari wildlife boat trips, or enjoy surfing at Coldingham Bay. Stylish single-storey detached cottage, located in a wonderful rural position with magnificent countryside views to enjoy.

Step from the fully enclosed garden into the hall, an ideal place to store your outdoor clothing, through to the light and bright lounge.
