This luxurious apartment is situated in a commanding position on the busy harbour in Brightlingsea, on the Essex coast. It provides contempoary accommodation on one level and boasts superb views of the daily comings and goings and the surrounding coastline.
The unique waterside property is the perfect place to unwind, relax and let the world go by and to enjoy the ever changing vista and spot the local wildlife. Brightlingsea has a lovely sandy beach and a ferry service taking you over to nearby Mersea Island. Other local attractions include Dedham and the Constable country villages and Colchester with its impressive castle and bustling high street. For those wanting more excitement, head to the seaside town of Clacton, which offers a host of family fun activities, or why not try a Thames boat excursion sailing through Tower Bridge from the pier.
On the guests arrival the apartment is accessed via a secure communal hallway, the apartment is on the ground floor, the hallway leads through to a spectacular open plan Lounge/kitchen/diner with harbour side views, the well equipped kitchen provides an excellent space for preparing meals having a double electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher and microwave, the lounge area offers comfortable seating with panoramic views, a large TV, DVD and Sky TV, dining table and chairs. Two beautifully styled bedrooms lead off the hallway, a double bedroom with French doors leading to the terrace and an en suite bathroom having bath with hand held shower, separate large shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC. A twin bedroom with French doors leading to the terrace. There is a further separate shower room comprising of double shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC.
Outside: doors lead to a dual aspect terrace with outdoor furniture.
