A perfect location for enjoying the countryside or take a stroll across the fields to the main farm where guests are invited to watch the robotic milking or meet the cows and sheep. The property is nestled in the picturesque village of Whitchurch Canonicorum in the lovely Marshwood Vale with its river Char which winds down to Lyme Bay at Charmouth. The historic unspoiled seaside resort and fishing port of Lyme Regis is nearby. Its historic Cobb and harbour are iconic features, set against blue cliffs yielding fossilised evidence of life on earth millions of years ago. Just a short drive will take you to the lively market town of Bridport with many pubs, shop and restaurants. Just a mile south of the town is the charming fishing village of West Bay. There are many attractions in the area including Jurassic Fun Centre, River Cottage HQ, Lyme Regis Marine Aquarium and Axe Valley Wildlife Park.

Arranged on one level, the accommodation is light and airy with high ceilings, exposed beams and an open-plan layout. In the kitchen area you will find an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Enjoy sociable meals together at the dining table nearby before putting your feet up in the welcoming lounge area, where there is a cosy wood burner, TV and DVD. There are three light and airy bedrooms, one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, one further double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is also a separate bathroom with overhead shower.

French doors open from the lounge area onto a sunny patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. An enclosed garden laid to lawn is beyond, an ideal spot for all the family to enjoy and for dogs to play.
