With a great calendar of festivals to include the Hay-on-Wye festival, Ludlow Food festival and the great Cider Route. Also within easy access are attractions to include, Battlelands Paintballing and Laser Clay Shooting, Kentchurch Court, Brobury House Gardens, Rowleston Court and Brecon Mountain Railway.

Utility room: with washing machine. Outside: an enclosed lawn area with patio, garden furniture and BBQ.
