Set in the heart of the Blackmore Vale, midway between the historic towns of Sherborne and Shaftesbury, this is an ideal touring base. Both these towns offer something for everyone with a good selection of pubs, cafes and shops. Visit Shaftesbury’s famous Gold Hill, Sherborne’s beautiful Abbey and Castle. There is an abundance of routes suitable for walking within this picturesque landscape. Accessible attractions include Stourhead, Salisbury Cathedral, The Longleat Estate, Stonehenge and Haynes Motor Museum, the Jurassic Coast, Corfe Castle, Dorchester, Weymouth, Monkey World and the Tank Museum.

A shared driveway leads to the private gated entrance into this semi-detached property. Once inside you are met with a generous hallway with a useful separate WC. There is a farmhouse style kitchen/diner to your left, which is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. A pantry houses the freezer. This sociable room has two dining areas, ideal for leisurely family meals. Heading back into the hallway you will find a utility room with washing machine and an inviting lounge with TV and wood burner. Stairs rise from the hallway to the first floor. There is a pretty twin bedroom set to the front adjacent to a family bathroom. There are three bedrooms set to the rear. The first a charming double with en suite shower room. The second also a double boasts a fantastic en suite bathroom/dressing room. The third is a light and characterful bunk room. All enjoy far-reaching views with large picture windows.

Heading outside via the hallway to the rear there is a patio with furniture and lawn with lovely views, with access to Fifehead woods. To the front of the property, there is ample off-road parking and a further generous enclosed lawn.
