Enjoy excellent walks and cycle routes straight from the door of the property into the Lincolnshire Wolds. Nearby Lincoln is famous for its cathedral, castle and Magna Carta Centre is within easy reach and is well worth a visit, not forgetting the steep hill and beautiful Marina. The sandy beaches at Skegness can be easily reached for a day at the seaside and indulge in some traditional fish and chips. Cadwell Park Circuit is a short drive away from the property, as are the market towns of Louth, Horncastle and Market Rasen, also well known for its racecourse and is also worth a visit.

The spacious open-plan kitchen/diner is the heart of the home and is perfect for entertaining and celebrating a special occasion with loved ones. Rustle up a memorable meal in the kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Come together around the kitchen island for pre-dinner drinks and then relax at the spacious dining table enjoying a memorable meal. Unwind in the lounge on the comfy seating with a good book or put something on the Smart TV. Wander down the hall and you will find a super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made into twin upon request) with en-suite shower room and WC. There is a smaller kitchen if you want to enjoy some quiet time away from the group offering electric oven and hob, fridge and dishwasher. There is a further ground floor twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom offering a bath, shower, sink and WC. Wander up the impressive staircase which splits in two and you will find a mezzanine reading area with games and a pool table. Take time to unwind in the outdoor hot tub / swim spa with nearby table, chairs and BBQ. Beyond the courtyard is a spacious shared grassed area with lots of space to enjoy outdoor games. Explore the 300 acres following the private Farm Trail, a glorious walk designed to take guests on a beautiful path around the farm incorporating a ponds, woodland, private airstrip, dedicated wildlife areas, and beautiful scenery. Enjoy some time relaxing by the private lake watching the wildlife or try your hand at fly-fishing, also you can play a game of tennis on the shared tennis courts. There is ample off-road parking.
