The historic market town of Hexham is nearby, offering plenty of family activities, while the pretty village of Corbridge lies just a few miles further east, both ideal for shopping or enjoying afternoon tea.

The impressive lounge/diner features arched patio doors on two sides, with comfortable seating including a three-seater sofa and five-seater corner sofa arranged around a log burner and wall-mounted TV. The dining area offers bench seating perfect for group meals. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, plus an island with bar stools. A cosy snug provides an additional relaxation space. The ground floor includes two bedrooms: a king-size with en-suite shower room and a super-king with bath and shower. Upstairs, an open area features a pool table and TV, with five additional bedrooms: four king-size rooms with en-suite shower rooms and one super-king with en-suite bath and shower.
