Enjoying a beautiful rural setting overlooking the gently rolling countryside with red kites often spotted flying over the property. This lovingly restored former farmhouse is just a short drive from the stunning West Wales coastline, where dolphin and seal spotting trips are readily available. Picturesque New Quay has a lovely harbour, fabulous sandy beaches and a fine selection of restaurants, shops and cafes. Other nice beaches include Llangrannog/Tresaith/Penbryn and Aberaeron is a short drive with popular restaurants and fish and chip shops. The location is a paradise for walkers, nature lovers and water sport enthusiasts as well as having an excellent selection of family visitor attractions within easy reach. Step inside the front door of this stunning property into the spacious lounge which has been lovingly styled to retain the original charm of the property, exposed stone walls and beams. Relax around the cosy wood burner and watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV/DVD. The kitchen/diner has everything you need to prepare memorable meals with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, whilst a separate utility room offers the washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area is perfect for those evenings you decide to stay and in and cook. The door from the dining area leads into the stunning oak framed conservatory a perfect spot to plan the days activities over a morning cup of coffee whilst the children take full advantage of the well-equipped games room with pool table and Ps4 console. Also on the ground floor is a shower room and WC. Upstairs on the first floor, there are four bedrooms, all leading from the central landing. A master king-size with an en-suite shower and WC, a double, a twin and a single, all have lovely views to wake up to and the convenience of TV's. There is also a bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.

Outside there is your own private patio area with hot tub, patio furniture and parking for four cars.
