A short stroll leads you to the sleepy village of Beulah (1 mile), where a welcoming pub and local store provide essentials. For more adventure, head to Llanwrtyd Wells (5.5 miles), the UK's smallest town, known for quirky events like bog-snorkelling triathlons. Venture a bit farther to explore the Victorian charm of Llandrindod Wells (14 miles) or the literary treasures of Hay-on-Wye (29 miles).
