3 miles from Bridgnorth with its sandstone cliff, interesting architecture, independent shops, eateries and the Cliff Railway, the oldest and steepest inland funicular railway. Enjoy the Quayside, Northgate Museum, Lavington Gardens, Severn Valley Steam Railway and Castle Walk. Just 4 miles is the UNESCO world heritage site at Ironbridge, which boasts ten museums, independent shops, pubs and restaurants, not forgetting the world-famous Bridge. The River Severn is a quiet haven for anglers, walkers, cyclists and wildlife. Also on your doorstep is the Shropshire Hills, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to explore. Visit National Trusts Benthall and Dudmaston Hall, or have a go at Raft Tours, Quad and Equestrian Trekking. Enjoy the local cuisine, attractions and activities in and around Shropshire.

The door opens into the farmhouse kitchen with a feature wall leading down a step and through to the dining room and into the utility with plenty of space for your outdoor attire alongside the washing machine and separate WC. If you decide to eat in and rustle up a meal with your local produce purchases, the kitchen is well equipped with an Aga, 2 ring electric hob, microwave oven and grill, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. This is a lovely space to prepare a meal, and once ready there is plenty of space to gather in the dining room with French doors out to the garden. After dinner relax in the cosy cottage style lounge around the wood burner (first basket of logs provided) whilst watching your favourite programmes on the TV. Heading up the cottage style turned staircase, you will find three lovely bedrooms to choose from, all with gorgeous views to wake up to, 1 super-king-size (zip-and-link) can be made up as a twin on request, 1 single room with a 4ft bed and 1 standard 3ft single room. Start the day by stepping down into the airing bathroom with a leisurely shower or bath in the stylish bathroom with a shower over bath and WC.

The house nestles to the top of the garden with a paved patio, table, chairs and charcoal BBQ. Enjoy fabulous uninterrupted countryside views from sunrise to sunset in this idyllic garden with woodland. There is a lockable shed for your bikes if you are bringing them along with you, and an outside tap to wash your bikes down. There is private parking for two cars.
