South Molton is a charming historic market town. You can either walk or drive to the busy indoor market, independent shops, and numerous cafes and pubs. It is a perfect spot for those seeking a countryside getaway, yet it has easy access to Exmoor National Park (19 miles). It is also conveniently located to explore the dramatic coastline of North Devon and the beautiful sandy beaches of Croyde, Woolacombe, Saunton, and Instow, all within 35 miles. Enjoy visiting the wealth of attractions where there is something to suit all ages and tastes including the Quince Honey Farm with its all-weather indoor play area, just a short drive away.

This stunning detached barn is accessed via the owners' private gated entrance and is situated at a good distance from the owners' property. Enter through the large oak door and into the lounge/kitchen/dining room which is a beautiful light space and is fully equipped with a Belfast sink, electric oven and hob, Air fryer, microwave, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. The dining table seats four people comfortably, the perfect place to sit and enjoy a meal or two. Moving through to the lounge area, with comfy seating, french doors out onto the garden, smart TV with DVD player, and wood burner, it really is the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a busy day. Following through the hall off from the kitchen you will find the shower room with WC, along with the two bedrooms, a twin room with views out over the countryside, and the queen-size bedroom with dual aspects and again with fabulous views over the countryside.

Outside is an enclosed patio area with a private hot tub. There is also the owners' field which has a trampoline and football goal available for use. There is private off-road parking for 2 cars
