The area is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with opportunities for walking, cycling, and fishing nearby. The award-winning shop/cafe in Cornhill, just four miles away, provides essentials and is ideal for coffee and lunch. Nearby Wooler, known as the 'Gateway to the Cheviots,' offers riverside picnics, golf, and various shops, pubs, and restaurants. Historic Kelso with its market town and racecourse is within easy reach, as is the Northumberland coastline, including Holy Island (20 miles), Bamburgh (25 miles), and Alnwick (30 miles).
This cosy cottage features underfloor heating throughout, making it inviting all year. The bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner showcases character with rounded stone wall features. Comfortable seating in the lounge area provides a relaxing space to watch TV.
