Uttoxeter Racecourse (24 miles) and Castle Donington (7 miles) are worth a visit, or you can enjoy a historic day out exploring the National Trust properties nearby such as Kedleston, Sudbury, and Calke Abbey. Alton Towers (30 miles) and Conkers (9 miles) provide a fun-filled family day out to remember. And Donnington Park Circuit (4 miles) offers popular motorsport events throughout the year.

Step into the hallway to remove coats and boots and wander through to the bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Without a doubt, here is where you will be spending most of your time, whether it is relaxing on the comfy sofa watching something on the Smart TV or rustling up a hearty breakfast for your loved ones. The kitchen area offers an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave, and is a fantastic place to cook if the local eateries don’t tempt you.
