This fabulous property lends itself to large family gatherings. Not only do you have an acre of private garden to explore with a summerhouse and seating terraces to enjoy, including a private hot tub, but you’re also close to glorious beaches and attractions. Snettisham beach is located just 2 miles away. Hunstanton (4 miles) has a wonderful golf course, traditional amusements, and a sea life centre. The world-famous Sandringham Estate is just 3 miles away and you have a splendid beach at Heacham (4 miles), Thornham (8 miles), Brancaster (10 miles) and Wells-next-the-sea (17 miles). The popular Georgian village of Burnham Market with a host of shops, pubs and restaurants is just 11 miles away.
Step inside this magnificent property and you will instantly get a feel for the care and attention that has gone into ensuring this is more than just a home away from home but also bursting with additional touches to give it a real luxury feel throughout. The large ground floor consists of three living areas, the first area to relax and unwind in would be the lounge area, boasting four comfortable sofas, two armchairs, and a large Smart TV which all surround a gorgeous open fire. The sitting room has two sofas, a Smart TV and a desk and chair; you also have a wood burner here for added ambience. The snug has an L-shaped sofa and Smart TV. The well-appointed and stylish kitchen will have all you need to lovingly prepare a hearty meal, even on a larger scale for all guests with a range double oven and gas hob, a combination microwave oven, a fridge/freezer, two dishwashers, a Smart TV, and a separate utility area with a washing machine and a drying cabinet. Once dinner is ready serve up in the wonderful dining room which is just off from the kitchen, which has enough seating for all 14 guests and where you can enjoy views of the beautiful garden. There are seven bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a super-king-size bed, a large Smart TV and an en-suite shower room with WC. Bedroom two has a super-king-size bed, bedroom three is a twin room with two large (4’) single beds as is the case for bedrooms six and seven. Bedroom four has a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath and WC, bedroom five is a twin room with standard single beds. The family bathroom has a bath, separate shower and WC. Please note that access to bedroom 4 is through bedroom 5. Bedrooms 6 and 7 are located on the 2nd floor and share a shower room.
Outside can be accessed from various doors including the dining area and the lounge. Here you have a wonderful 1 acre, landscaped garden to explore with a summerhouse, terraced seating areas, patio area with gas BBQ and a fabulous seven-person hot tub which sits inside a bespoke hot tub house with fairy lights which will add a sparkle to any occasion. There is private off-road parking for up to eight cars.
