A tastefully furnished and fully accessible cottage arranged over two floors within this holiday accommodation site in the picturesque village of Newton-On-Rawcliffe. Just on the doorstep of the attractive North York Moors National Park, roughly 30 miles north-east of the city of York. Less than 5 miles north of Pickering, you’ll have plenty to do and explore right on your doorstep. Head 3 miles north of the village and you’ll find Cropton Forest, with plenty of great walks available. Travel another 18 miles and you’ll reach the fishing town of Whitby or you can travel there by steam train on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, taking in some beautiful moorland scenery on the way. A little further down the coast is Scarborough (23 miles) with its two sandy beaches, amusements and castle.

With an open-plan kitchen/dining area, this three-bedroom haven is ideal for a family trip or gathering with friends. You’ll feel instantly at home. Seek relaxation in the living area which boasts tasteful décor, and lounge on the plush sofas as the wood burner creates a cosy ambience while you browse through the options on the Smart TV. The dining area is the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast and plan the day’s events at the dining table with seating for six. The kitchen area has everything you need for mealtimes. There are three bedrooms: a twin room on the ground floor and a double and a twin room upstairs. Two bathrooms are available: a wet room on the ground floor and a first floor with a bath and hand-held shower attachment.

This complex has a vast communal garden with well-stocked borders and wildflower patches; strategically placed benches mean you can while away the hours with a good book or just admire your surroundings. There is also a communal pool house with changing facilities and showers; take a dip in the 6m exercise pool and finish off in the sauna and hot tub.

This property has widened door frames on the ground floor, a ground floor bedroom with wet room (fitted with rails) next door, both are accessed via a ramp from the dining area.

- Communal hot tub and sauna - please note sauna is free but does need a £1 to operate which is returned
- Bath and hand towels are provided. Please bring your own for swimming or the hot tub
- Pub is a short walk away (check for opening times and if serving food) and shop 5 miles
- PLEASE NOTE - This property is not suitable for parties due to being in a residential area and the owners kindly request that you consider the neighbours by keeping the noise down outside after 10pm.
- Please note there are head level beams in first floor bedrooms
- Infants are included within the maximum occupancy for this property. For safety and insurance reasons, the total number of guest (including infants) must not exceed the advertised sleep capacity.
- Accessible notes: Ground floor had widened door frames, the bedroom has large swing area for wheelchairs and the wet room next door is fitted with grab rails, dining table accommodates wheelchairs, ground floor bathroom and bedroom accessed via ramp.
- Only guests name on the booking are permitted to stay at the property and use the on-leisure suite as capacity is limited due to shared facilities
