Visit National Trust Clumber Park, Sherwood Forest and Rufford Abbey, which are all within 15 miles. Southwell is 6 miles away with its famous minster along with independent shops and cafes. Newark-on-Trent is 7 miles away where you can find lots to do from picnics on the castle grounds to taking a boat trip on the river to visiting to the civil war museum.


Step into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner and put your feet up on the comfortable sofa which doubles up as a double sofa bed, perfect for little ones. Cook up a meal for in the nearby kitchen area then come together around the dining table for a celebratory meal with views over the open fields. There is a handy downstairs shower room. Upstairs, you will find a further en-suite shower room, along with two bedrooms: a master double room and a twin room with wonderful countryside views.


Outside, there is a garden to the front of the cottage with a table and chairs, perfect for dining alfresco. After log days walking the area, the hot tub awaits, situated perfectly to enjoy the views.
