It is nestled on the outskirts of Appledore, within 1 mile of the village's quayside, cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops, and galleries. During the summer months, take a ferry to Instow village and enjoy the sandy beach, or grab a bite to eat at one of the many pubs, or the local deli. For those who want to indulge in some outdoor adventure, the South West Coast Path and the Northam Burrows Country Park (2 miles), offer breathtaking walks. If you're a surfer, you'll love the nearby beaches at Saunton Sands (17 miles), Croyde (20 miles), and Woolacombe (22 miles). Additionally, Westward Ho! with its two-mile-long golden beach, restaurants, shops, pubs, and golf course is only 2.5 miles away.
Step inside this stunning property and you will immediately find yourself in an entrance hall which leads through to a fantastically appointed kitchen/diner with fabulous far-reaching sea views. The final bedroom is also a super-king-size with an en-suite shower room. Completing this floor is a large landing where you can relax in a comfortable chair with your favourite book.
To the rear of the property, is a large, enclosed garden, which enjoys fabulous sea views and has a beautifully furnished patio, which makes a lovely spot for your morning coffee or some al fresco dining. Beyond this area is a generously sized lawn, which is a great space for allowing children to burn off some energy.
