Shropshire is renowned for its historic market towns and there is easy access to two of the most popular, Ludlow (4.4 miles) and Bridgnorth (16 miles). Ludlow is a Medieval town with lovely architecture and an impressive 11th-century Castle. Enjoy the popular market in the town square or visit one of the many independent pubs and restaurants. Across in Bridgnorth, the town is divided by the River Severn and offers riverside walks, a steam railway into the Severn Valley, and lots of traditional pubs. The UNESCO site at Ironbridge is 21 miles away, where you can visit one of the museums and enjoy a walk around the riverside town.

After a busy day exploring the beautiful local area, make your way back through the quiet country lanes to your beautiful rural bolthole. The converted barn has been designed to offer total comfort for you to be able to switch off and relax in a serene, picturesque setting. Head into the stylish and spacious open-plan living area which has been furnished to a high standard throughout. Enjoy a movie on the Smart TV whilst you sink into the comfortable sofa.
