The village of St Giles is 3 miles away and offers a village pub and shop, and a further 4 miles will take you to Launceston, where you'll find an array of independent shops and cafes, as well as a castle boasting impressive views of the town. The surrounding area is rich with picturesque villages and lively attractions, including walking trails across Dartmoor National Park (14 miles) and Roadford Reservoir (4 miles). Conveniently located near the A30, the property provides easy access to popular spots across Devon and Cornwall. The coastal town of Bude (19 miles), boasts three sandy beaches, local shops, and fine eateries. Nearby attractions include the cobbled streets of Clovelly, sandy Widemouth Bay, and the magical Tintagel Castle (all within 25 miles).
