The Space:

The entrance hall opens with a bench and surrounding storage designed for ski boots and winter gear, setting a practical tone from the moment you arrive. The main living areas extend to the right of the hallway, with bedrooms positioned privately to the left.



Granite countertops and stone flooring define the kitchen, which is equipped with a four-ring electric hob, standard oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a generous fridge-freezer suited to longer stays. It opens into an open-plan living and dining space furnished with a sofa, two comfortable armchairs, and a six-seat dining table positioned near a dresser. A balcony runs the full length of this room, overlooking the main street with views reaching up towards Solaise mountain.



The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room with a heated towel rail, plus a separate WC within the bedroom area. Two twin bedrooms, each with storage, share a second bathroom fitted with a bath and wall-mounted shower attachment. A WC just inside the front door off the hallway serves these rooms.



Practical amenities include IPTV with international channels, catch-up services, and a film library, a Nespresso machine, washing machine, and Wi-Fi throughout.



Guest Access:

Guests have the full apartment for their stay. Underground parking is available on site for two vehicles, with a garage height of 1.9m. The building has lift access to the second floor and a coded entrance at all times.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment sits on Val d'Isère's main street, with the town centre less than a five-minute walk away. A local boulangerie is close at hand for fresh bread and pastries, and the resort's restaurants and après ski spots are within easy reach. The free shuttle bus stops directly outside the building, connecting to the slopes and other parts of the resort.



Getting Around:

In resort, the free shuttle bus stops right outside the building and connects to the slopes and wider town, running every 10 to 15 minutes during the day and every 20 to 30 minutes until 2am. The town centre is less than a five-minute walk from the apartment. For arrivals, airport transfers are available from Geneva, Lyon, and Chambéry.



Other Things to Note:

We are available throughout the stay if anything comes up. Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is before 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on the schedule of stays around yours, just ask and we'll do what we can.
