The dining table comfortably seats up to five guests, making it the perfect space to gather, dine, or plan the day ahead our kitchen includes electric hob, fan assisted oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Also has a kettle, toaster, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and utensils as well glasses and cups. Tea, coffee and sugar provided so you can make a brew and settle in.

Stairs leading to the 2 bedrooms. The stairs are reasonably steep so may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

UPSTAIRS

Bedroom 1

A snug, bright room with black-out curtains for and comfy double bedroom for a good nights rest. Bedside tables and lamps plus hanging rail with hangers for your clothes.

Bedroom 2

Is the largest room, furnished with a cosy double and single bed, a dedicated workspace, bedside table with lamps and a hanging rail and hangers for your clothes

Ample free on-street parking in front and close to the house

PETS

Furry friends are welcome, with a chargeable pet-dog stay. Sorry as much as we love them we can't accept cats.
