It features a double bed, a double sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. The living and sleeping areas are connected by a curtain divider, creating a cosy and flexible layout that works well for couples, small families or friends visiting the city.



This welcoming apartment in Burgos is designed for up to 4 guests and offers a simple layout for a relaxed city stay. The main sleeping area includes a double bed and is separated from the living-dining area by a curtain. In the living room, there is also a double sofa bed for two additional guests.

The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a comfortable stay, as well as a full bathroom.

The accommodation is equipped with:

- Cleaning kit
- Complimentary coffee
- Rolls of toilet paper: 2 units
-Roll of kitchen paper

Our accommodation is located in the ground floor with direct access from the street

There is not air conditioning but there is heating in the accomodation.

Distribution of places:

1. Double room with double bed.
2. Double sofa bed.

Pleae note:

The bathroom does not have a door, and it is located inside the bedroom. The bedroom itself is separated by a curtain only, with no walls or doors from the rest of the apartment.

We kindly ask guests to keep this in mind before booking to ensure the layout suits their needs.

The property is located on a pedestrian street, but it can be reached by car to within less than 50 metres.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
