Cabaña con vistas al archipiélago de Hvaler

This cabin in Torsnes has one long side facing the water, with views from the living room, dining room, and additional living room—which has a balcony—directly toward the dock and out toward the Hvaler archipelago. It has recently been renovated in a light Nordic style featuring wood, stone, and textiles, and modernized with fiber-optic internet, a heat pump, and municipal water and sewer service.



Two living rooms allow the children to play and game in their own teen area while the adults enjoy peace and quiet in the kitchen, dining room, and main living room. A wood-burning stove, two TVs, Nintendo and PlayStation connections, and a good selection of board games are ready for use in the evening or on a rainy day.



About 100 square meters of terrace space, spread across two adjoining areas, provides plenty of room for the whole group. One terrace gets sun until late in the day, while the other offers partial shade and catches the gentle breeze from Ødegårdskilen. From here, you can watch people swimming from the dock. Behind the cabin, there is parking and a trampoline.



The coastal trail to Askedalstangen and Munken starts in Langvik and winds through the forest, past wartime firing positions, and out onto open rocky shores. Kayaks and SUPs can be rented at Bevø Camping. Old Fredrikstad—including Gamlebyen, Kongsten Fortress, and the large model railroad center—is about 10 km away.
