Eclipse: New Private 4-Bed Villa, Central Napa

Eclipse is a newly built private villa in central Ayia Napa, with four en-suite bedrooms, a private pool and easy indoor-outdoor living for up to eight guests. Three bedrooms have double beds and the fourth has two singles; every room comes with its own bathroom and built-in wardrobes, so couples, families and groups of friends each get their own space without stepping on anyone's toes.



The open-plan kitchen and living area sits at the centre of the villa, finished in a clean, contemporary style and equipped for anything from a quick morning coffee to cooking for the whole group. As the evening cools, everything shifts outdoors to the pool, the shaded lounge and the dining area, where long lunches stretch into late drinks under the stars.



The villa is well placed in Ayia Napa, within walking distance of shops, tavernas, cafés and bars, with private parking on site for when you'd rather drive. Air conditioning runs throughout and the Wi-Fi is fast and free, keeping the villa comfortable and connected throughout your stay.



Other things to note



The listed rate includes a generous weekly electricity allowance that comfortably covers normal use of air conditioning, appliances and everyday living — plenty for a relaxed stay. We'd just ask that guests are mindful not to leave air conditioning running all day when the villa is empty, so everyone can enjoy a comfortable stay while keeping things efficient.
