The property is open plan with large floor to ceiling windows in all rooms except kitchen and bathrooms. The bed in the master bedroom is a superking.
The second bedroom has two single beds or can be made up as a superking if preferred. The sofa bed is very comfortable and is king size. The master bedroom has a balcony looking out over the valley. The other two bedrooms share access to a balcony at the front of the house.

Unless you have booked to include the ground floor flat you will have the use of two floors and the balcony overlooking the rear garden. as well as the front garden and external seating area.

The owner will normally meet you to show you around and will be contactable by phone. The owner (or another visitor) may stay in the ground floor flat.

A small village just off the A420, Oxford to Swindon road. The house is located behind the church in a quiet location. you can walk to the nearby town across the fields (2 miles). There is also an Indian restaurant on the edge of the village and local food deliveries such a pizza and supermarkets.

There is a regular bus service to Oxford in one direction and Swindon in the other and all places in between.
