The living area includes a dining space and TV, providing a comfortable place to relax. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge and freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and other essentials for preparing meals during your stay.

The bathroom is also fully equipped and includes towels, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap and other essentials. For year-round comfort, the apartment has split air conditioning and heating, providing both cool and warm air.


Guests have access to the entire apartment, including free high-speed Wi-Fi, and split type air conditioning and heating.
We provide bed linens, towels, basic toiletries, and kitchen essentials to make your stay hassle-free.

The apartment is located in the heart of Huelva`s historic city centre. In one of the city`s oldest and most emblematic streets, surrounded by historic buildings, local shops, cafés and restaurants.

Many of Huelva`s main attractions are within easy walking distance, including Plaza de las Monjas, the Cathedral of La Merced, the historic centre and the Monument to Christopher Columbus. The area is also a great starting point for discovering the local gastronomy and enjoying the authentic atmosphere of the city.


The central location makes it easy to explore Huelva on foot. Plaza de las Monjas and the surrounding historic centre are just a short walk away, while other attractions such as the Cathedral of La Merced, the Reina Victoria neighbourhood and the Muelle del Tinto can also be reached comfortably on foot.

For destinations further away, Huelva`s public bus network provides convenient connections around the city. The main bus station is also within the central area.

If you are arriving by car, please note that Calle Concepción is a pedestrian street, so you cannot drive directly to the apartment. Several paid public car parks are available nearby, including Parking Indigo Casa Colón, Las Monjas and Parking Mercado del Carmen Telpark.


The apartment is equipped with split type air conditioning and heating, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year.

Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The apartment is located on a pedestrian street, so it is not possible to park directly outside the property. The nearest parking option is Las Monjas car park, which is paid and not affiliated with the accommodation.

Please also note that the apartment is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. Access is exclusively by stairs and, in practice, it feels like a third-floor walk-up. Please take this into consideration before booking.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
