Disfrute de la comodidad, privacidad y conveniencia que nuestro piso bien equipado tiene para ofrecer. ¡Camine hasta supermercados, tiendas, restaurantes, playa y vida nocturna en esta pequeña ciudad!

Dé un paseo por una de nuestras galerías de arte, festivales o exhibiciones de autos antiguos. Siempre hay algo que ver o hacer si disfruta del aire fresco, como caminar, correr, pescar, practicar surf de remo, pasear en bote, surfear, andar en bicicleta, kayak, observar la vida salvaje o pintar, cualquier otra actividad al aire libre.

Hay muchas opciones cercanas para jugar Pickle Ball, tenis o racquetball en interiores o exteriores.

Si el clima no es el mejor, tenemos un museo de historia, tiendas con encanto, bolera, una sala de cine de lujo y, muy a menudo, música en vivo en nuestros restaurantes o bares locales, tanto de día como de noche.

Nuestro amplio apartamento está lleno de luz y tiene el ambiente de una casa enclavada en los árboles. La insonorización se suma al ambiente relajante.

Hay dos camas queen en áreas separadas para dormir, lo que lo hace cómodo para 1 o 2 parejas de adultos como máximo. El sofá seccional de nuestra sala de estar tiene una cama extraíble. El baño tiene dos lavabos con encimera de granito e inodoro / bañera-ducha separados por una puerta.

Palm tree oasis

We've been to New Smyrna several times but this place was awesome. Quick walk to the beach to see the sun rise. We enjoyed our private deck during the day and a hot tub at night. My husband grilled some meals but lots of local restaurants, to enjoy close by.

Our stay was fantastic great amenities awesome host treated you like family everything within walking distance. Great place to stay. Hot tub was great after a night of riding motorcycles.

Location, location, location!

Mike and Candi were gracious and very attentive to all our needs. We walked and biked to beach, parks, restaurants and pickleball courts and shopping areas. Hot tub and balcony were great. Kitchenette is very small, but we grilled a lot. Main bedroom is separated by a curtain, and second bedroom has sliding glass door.

Great Location. Spot!!

We were lucky enough to spend 2 weeks here. We enjoyed the beach the downtown and the great proximity to anything we wanted to do. Very private and quiet ! Amazing restaurants in the area and riding bikes on the beach were two of our favorites. Candy and Mike were great “landlords”. We would definitely stay here again 💙

Perfect spot for couples get away

Candy and Mike are fantastic hosts. The place is super clean and they have thought of everything for your trip. Bright and comfortable this rental is ideal for a short or long couples get away. The Best Location and Accommodations!

This property is PERFECT for 2 people who enjoy being pampered with special little amenities / touches from the hosts, enjoy walking and biking everywhere (thanks to bikes provided by hosts), a quick 3 min walk to beach to watch sunrises every morning and so much more! Candy and Michael are so welcoming and personable and make sure your stay is everything you hope it would be. We cannot wait to stay here again! This is definitely our #1 place on VRBO! Thank you, Candy and Michael, for such a memorable week!

Great hosts, great unit, great location!

Candy and Mike are awesome hosts. They lent us their bikes and even kayaks, and shared lots of great local information. The unit is very quiet and comfortable, with access to lovely outdoor spaces. It can be as private as you would like. The basic kitchen suites our needs as we prepared virtually all our meals during our weeklong stay. Publix is very nearby, as is a local fish market. The beach is a stone’s throw away — so convenient! Again, the hosts offered up beach chairs and other gear for a great time at the beach. Can’t say enough about what a great stay this was, from the initial communication with the hosts upon booking, to the checking out process. Highly recommend!

Great Location, clean & comfortable with lots of attention to detail

The property was as described. Candy, our host, was on hand to provide an orientation tour at check in and was readily available throughout our stay. While there is no true kitchen, there is a gas grill, a hot plate, an electric skillet, a toaster oven, & a microwave for meal prep.There is a full-size refrigerator. There is EVERYTHIING you could need to cook - utensils, measuring cups pots, pans, and baking dishes. The only real challenge is the tiny sink for cleanup. Candy has provided anything and everything you need for a comfortable stay: towels, robes, extra blankets, etc. And if you forgot to pack it, never fear, it is stocked and ready for your use: bug spray, suntan lotion, aloe, tweezers, laundry detergent... I can't think of anything missing. During our stay, sadly the hot tub began leaking and we only got to use it once. Candy & Michael kept us informed about their attempts to get repairs done. We came back from an outing one day to find a bag of gourmet treats and a bottle of wine waiting on the doorstep for us. They offered us use of their kayaks and Candy worked hard to convince us to try pickle ball - she was willing to be our instructor! We were not convinced :). They are great hosts! The beach is a quick walk across the street and across a parking lot. Wonderful restaurants such as Garlic and The Treehouse are within walking / biking distance. Easy 30-minute drive to Blue Springs state park. Also, a great Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings on Canal Street.

A week to Relax

Great location for us…. Just far enough from the busy nite life but in the middle of great dining, convenient shopping and easy beach access! We stayed at the site for 3 days before we even drove anywhere, hosts were available but not intrusive! We will definitely be back:)

Highly Recommend!

We were completely satisfied from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Candy and Mike have a beautiful rental home and the location is amazing being close to the beach, downtown shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store. The outdoor living space is so peaceful and secluded. You definitely do not feel like you are in someone’s back yard at all. The outdoor shower was hands down one of the most amazing amenities. The rental itself is spacious and stocked full of just about anything you would need. Can’t wait to stay here again! Thank you, Candy and Mike, for being such amazing hosts!

Great Stay

We had a lovely week stay. The area is pretty quiet, easy to find and a short walk to the beach.. Candy and Mike provided many little unexpected extras in their place. Everything is as advertised and we would stay again.

So Many Amenities!

This place is so rich with amenities we weren't able to sample them all during our week's stay! Loved soaking in the hot tub, riding bikes on the beach, and relaxing in the outdoor screened living room in the evenings surrounded by a jungle of bamboo. Had we had a little more time, a paddle in the kayaks would have been great, followed by an afternoon in the hammock and a dinner grilled on the patio with a fire in the fire pit. Walking distance to everything. Candy and Mike are wonderfully accomodating and kind.

Property is better than advertised. Beautiful landscaping, with privacy and safety. Close to everything with bicycles included for free! Even riding on the beach. Gracious hosts. Sunny and shady spots to relax surrounded by beautiful bamboo. Possibly the best rental we have ever enjoyed.

Great place to stay in New Smyrna Beach!

We enjoyed the location a block from ocean and loved all the added features as hot tub, bikes to ride, patio. Also the extras as eggs, coffee and English Muffins were greatly appreciated’. Owners were very helpful to get heater going. I would highly recommend staying here! Thanks for the good vacation spot!!

Wonderful place to vaca in NSB

Accurate representation in listing, wonderful space and use of for size, owners greeted us on arrival and available if needed. Unlike other rentals we’ve stayed in, supplies were well stocked - this one is at the top of our list and hope it’s available for our next trip South 😁! Thanks Candy & Michael
