Self check-in 24/7 with a Nuki electronic lock: no keys to collect, no lockbox. As required by Italian guest-identification law we run a short video call to check your ID before arrival; right afterwards you receive the digital key on your smartphone, valid for the whole stay. You can get in at any hour, day or night.

FREE PARKING IN FRONT OF THE GATE
There is free public on-street parking right in front of the building gate, with no time disc and no charge. It is public street parking, not a private assigned space: availability is not guaranteed, but a spot is normally easy to find. Handy if you drive in, or if you leave the car here while you fly out of Malpensa.

WHERE WE REALLY ARE
Gallarate railway station is 2 km away: about 5 minutes by car or taxi, 25 minutes on foot. We prefer to say it upfront so you can plan your arrival.
- Malpensa Airport: 15 km, about 15 minutes by car. By direct train from Gallarate station: Terminal 2 in 8 minutes, Terminal 1 in 15 minutes, every 30 minutes from 4:57 to 23:27.
- Rho Fiera Milano: 17-31 minutes by direct train from Gallarate station, handy for EICMA and L'Artigiano in Fiera.
- Milano Centrale: about 40 minutes by train.
- A8 Milan-Varese motorway a few minutes away. Lake Maggiore 14 km. MAGA museum in the centre of Gallarate.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD, ON FOOT
We are in Arnate, a quiet residential area of Gallarate.
- Supermarkets: Eurospin on via Checchi, 400 m (a 6-minute walk), open on Sundays too (9am-8pm); an MD 800 m away (11 minutes), open until 9pm every day, useful if you land late; Lidl and Tigros 1 km away. Carrefour Market is open 24/7, 2.4 km away (5 minutes by car).
- Cafes: 400-450 m away, where via XXII Marzo meets via Torino, there are three: Bar Kappa 2, which also serves hot food and a set lunch menu (daily from 6am, Sundays from 7am, until 10:30pm), Mon Amourr, open from 5:30am every day with a few outdoor tables, and Fly Bar, open from 5:15am. Bar Lady Dream, 500 m away, opens at 6:45am (closed Mondays); the Smoke & More cafe and tobacconist on via Torino, 700 m away, opens at 4:30am on weekdays - handy before an early flight from Malpensa.
- Restaurants: the closest is Turna Indre', a Lombard osteria on via Cappellini, a 7-minute walk (closed Tuesdays, table service only). On via Checchi, 8-9 minutes away, an Indian restaurant and the Neapolitan pizzeria 450 Gradi, both offering takeaway and home delivery; Rostipizza on via Torino, 550 m away (takeaway and delivery, closed Mondays); and Mangia e Pasta on piazza Zaro, 10 minutes away, fresh pasta with takeaway. For a late delivery, Voglia di Pizza on via Aleardi delivers every day until 11pm.
- Sports: the grounds include a tennis court that guests are welcome to use, free of charge. For padel, the Altobelli centre on via Filzi has three indoor courts 550 m away (a 7-minute walk), bookable online.
- A pharmacy open on Sundays is 1 km away on via Torino; a self-service laundrette on via Arno, 800 m away, is open daily 7am-10pm.
- The hospital is a 20-minute walk.
