Excellent!

We are a group of 40 - 50 year old friends who get together every year for a beach getaway. This property was PERFECT for our group. Super clean, well stocked and excellent location. The size of the home was great to give everyone some space and allow those who like to turn in early or rise early to do so with out bothering others. Stairs to and from the pool area could be an issue for some, but we had no problems. Will book again for sure.

Wonderful Stay!

This house is in the perfect location for Marco Island! No houses across the canal (just mangroves) and a very short walk to Tigertail Beach, which is much less crowded than the rest of the beach on Marco Island. The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet on a dead end street. It's great for walking and bike riding (there are bikes at the house).Larry was very communicative and helpful. Check-in was simple and easy, and he quickly answered any questions we had. The house was clean and spacious with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, and the kitchen was well stocked. There are also beach towels and chairs, two umbrellas, and coolers to take to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, plus the grill and table and chairs on the deck.We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay and are looking forward to going back to Marco Island!

Perfect house

This house was perfect for our family. Beach time in the morning and pool time in the afternoons. Great with a toddler who still takes naps. Larry’s house has everything you need and he is very attentive to making sure the house is in top shape for your stay.

Christmas vacation 2024

We were very happy with the rental; the place was very nice, and the grandkids (and adults) loved the pool and hot tub. We loved the location; it was a short walk to Tigertail beach and on a very private canal with no houses on the other side. It was furnished nicely and had more than enough dishes, glasses and silverware for a large group. The owner was very nice and even found us a Christmas tree that we could put up. I would strongly recommend this rental.

Perfect family vacation!

We are an active family of 9 ranging in age from 3 to 62. This home was the perfect place for us. Spacious , clean, more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms. The owner, Larry, was great and communicative. It’s walking distance to Tigertail Beach, which is beautiful and you must see a sunset there.Most of our group walked thru the lagoon which they said was about ankle deep , thigh high for a bit…not a big deal….esp at low tide. We also took the short drive down to the South Beach and parked in the lot…had no trouble finding a spot. Most afternoons were spent lounging in the heated pool or hot tub, paddle boarding and kayaking (which were provided) in canal right behind the house, where a couple friendly dolphins would pop up to say hello! This was an added bonus. Oh…and I could go on and on about the restaurants! WE WILL BE BACK!

Marco home on canal near tiger tail beach / park

The property owner was very responsive and attentive to any questions or issues. The home is in an amazing location. Walk a few doors down to Tigertail park and beach. The neighborhood is gorgeous. The home pool and hot tub were the hit for our grandsons. The home was stocked with everything we needed. The home is out of date, but that didn’t impact our amazing week.

Family fun

This was a perfect house for our family gathering Well equipped house. Great location beautiful view. Kayaks and paddle boards. And bikes added to the fun. I would definitely recommend this house. Host was always informative and prompt. I would definitely come again.

Florida get away

Ideal location! Beach is within walking distance! Pool and hot tub were nice to have on property as well as the paddle boards. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our group! Larry was great!

Comfortable and Convenient

We were a group of 4 couples staying at the Sea Breeze. There was plenty of room, the bedrooms all had a dedicated bathroom and the pool and hot tub were so enjoyable. The location was an easy drive to all of the restaurants. The walk to the beach was longer than we expected but we made due. Larry was very responsive and accommodating to all of our needs.

Family Time

Very clean, photos are accurate - house actually seemed larger than pictures portrayed. Pool and hot tub were excellent, water toys were fun. Great location - Tigertail is an awesome beach and the lagoon area was fun. Beautiful island. The house was a perfect setup for large groups - bedrooms are separated out and that adds privacy and less noise. Great BBQ grill. Kitchen well stocked for handling lots of people. 5 Stars!

Terrific at Tigertail

Our multigenerational family had a lovely time at this well stocked house. Larry is a very accommodating, communicative host. We loved the warm pool, hot tub and kayak. All the living space is a floor above the pool which we appreciated as we had 6 young children along. Tigertail beach is an easy walk, but you do need to heed the tide times to wade across to the beach. We thought it was a fun adventure and carried our stroller while the kids splashed along. Highly recommend this well cared for property in a great location.

Loved the privacy and location of the Seabreeze house

We held a multigenerational Christmas vacation at the Seabreeze home. There was room to accommodate 11 people and Larry was able to provide an airbed that we set up in the games room as an additional bedroom area. Larry was an attentive host and was readily available by text and checked in a few times to make sure we had what we needed. The house came with extras like paddle boards, a kayak, bicycles, fishing poles, and a Christmas tree was added for holiday decor. Favorite parts of the house included the private pool area, back balcony area, sunning deck and dock area. We even saw a dolphin a couple of times swim down the canal. There was lots of outside seating but no extra pool toys. Beds were a little soft for our liking but that is personal preference. Kitchen had most everything we needed, although new knives would be useful. Living area could use a couple more seats for large groups but we moved chairs from the game room for the times when needed. Additional lighting on the front exterior would be helpful at night since it was sometimes hard to see all the stairs. Getting to the ocean was about a ten minute walk if you walked through the lagoon, about five minutes longer if you walked around. Water shoes can be used but the lagoon has a sand bottom. We enjoyed Marco island and the Seabreeze home, unfortunately the weather was not always on our side.

Great place and location

Our family of 9 adults and 3 kids under 3 stayed at Larry's place. It was clean, spacious, great location. Make sure you cross the lagoon to the ocean is easy and close. The host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here. We needed all 5 bedrooms and the 4 bathrooms were great. Nice to walk to the beach whenever someone wanted to go.

ALL FOUR BATHROOMS WERE RENOVATED WITH NEW VANITY CABINETS AND SINK TOPS AND NEW TOILETS. I ALSO ADDED TWO BRAND NEW AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS AND ALL NEW APPLIANCES DURING THE RENOVATION. ALL OF THE FURNITURE, LINENS, BEDS, AND KITCHEN AMENITIES WERE ALSO BRAND NEW WHEN THE RENOVATION WAS COMPLETED.

THIS HOUSE IS ONE OF ONLY 12 HOUSES ON MARCO ISLAND THAT HAVE A WESTERN SUNSET VIEW AND ARE ALSO ON A BOAT CANAL FACING THE MANGROVES WITH NO OTHER HOUSES ACROSS THE CANAL. TOTAL PRIVACY IN THE BACKYARD EXCEPT THE OCCASIONAL DOLPHINS OR MANATEES THAT SWIM BY AND ONLY 4 OR 5 NEIGHBORS ON THE CANAL THAT HAVE BOATS. PLUS ITS ONLY ONE BLOCK TO TIGERTAIL BEACH PARK. VERY, VERY FEW HOMES ON MARCO ISLAND ARE WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BEACH. IF YOU CAN'T WALK, YOU HAVE TO DRIVE IN, PAY TO PARK AND THAT IS ONLY IF YOU CAN FIND A PARKING SPACE.

POOL, HOT TUB, KAYAK, PADDLEBOARDS, BICYCLES, BEACH CHAIRS SUNSET VIEWS. LARGE OPEN LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM AND SEPARATE FAMILY ROOM WHICH IS PERFECT FOR KIDS WATCHING TV OR PLAYING VIDEO GAMES. ONLY ONE BLOCK TO TIGERTAIL BEACH PARK. THERE ARE NO BEACH FRONT HOMES ON MARCO ISLAND. THIS IS ONE OF THE ONLY NEIGHBORHOODS ON THE ISLAND WHERE YOU CAN WALK TO THE BEACH.
