The Space
Villa Elyssia features bright, expansive interiors filled with natural light and comfortable furniture.
• Living: An appealing living area equipped with a large meridian corner sofa, high-speed Wi-Fi, and cable TV providing more than 100 foreign channels. The living area offers access to the main terrace by the pool.
• Kitchen and Dining: A fully equipped kitchen featuring a kitchen island and an inside area for meals. The kitchen opens on to the enclosed Porch (Naya), where you can profit from mornings to afternoons from the sun and the 180° surrounding of lush green of the neighbourhood.
• Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Three beautifully appointed, air-conditioned bedrooms designed for ultimate comfort. Each features excellent bedding, ample wardrobe space, and serene views. The master suite of 24m2 on the first floor, which window opens to the emblematic Montgo, features a 1,80mx2,00m bed, a silent ventilator, and a private en-suite bathroom with shower. The bathroom opens to a private rooftop terrace. The other two bedrooms on the ground floor have each their own bathroom with shower. One bedroom has two single beds of 1,05mx2,00m each, that can be joined to a single bed, the second bedroom has a 1,60mx2,00m bed.
• Office: You have to work away during your stay in Javea? No problem, there is a dedicated office space allowing for privateness or, alternatively, a desk in the master bedroom.
The villa is arranged over 3 levels, with the pool and terrace on the lower level, the ground floor of the villa on a second level and the master bedroom on a third level. Main access to the villa is via a stairway to the Naya, the access to the master bedroom via a staircase departing from the living room. All stairways are provided with handrails, but this element should be kept in mind when wanting to rent the villa.
