Sabai Pafos | Stylish Poolside Apartment with Sea View & Two Private Terraces

Welcome to Sabai — a stylish one-bedroom home just five minutes from the Mediterranean, with a large shared pool and two private terraces: one beside the pool and a more secluded south-facing terrace with sea views and afternoon sun. Inside, you’ll find a huge 200 × 200 cm superking bed, fast 200 Mbps fibre, smart TVs, air-conditioning and heating, a fully equipped kitchen and thoughtful comforts designed for both holidays and longer stays.

Set on the ground floor of the landscaped Faros Beach complex, Sabai has been created to feel less like a conventional holiday rental and more like a comfortable home you can genuinely settle into.

Its location gives you the best of both worlds: peaceful, residential surroundings with the sea and coastal path only a few minutes away, while Tombs of the Kings, Pafos Harbour, archaeological sites, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and local transport are all within easy reach.

The two private outdoor spaces give Sabai much of its character. The poolside terrace is ideal for breakfast or a relaxed morning coffee, while the south-facing terrace becomes the sunnier, more secluded side of the apartment later in the day — a lovely place to enjoy the afternoon warmth or an evening drink with a view towards the sea.

Inside, the apartment is bright, comfortable and practical, with proper living and dining space, a kitchen designed for real cooking, high-speed internet, strong entertainment options and the everyday facilities that become especially valuable on longer stays.

THE LIVING SPACE

The living area is designed for proper relaxation rather than simply somewhere to sit between days out.

There is a comfortable sofa, dining area and large 55-inch Smart TV, with the open layout flowing naturally towards the kitchen and outdoor spaces. Guests can sign in to their own streaming services and make themselves at home.

Air-conditioning and heating keep the apartment comfortable throughout the year, whether you are visiting in the height of summer or spending part of the cooler winter season in Pafos.

The sofa can also provide additional sleeping space for a third guest.

TWO PRIVATE TERRACES

One of the things that makes Sabai particularly special is having two very different private outdoor areas, allowing you to follow the sun (or escape it) throughout the day.

The poolside terrace is a lovely place for breakfast, coffee or a relaxed lunch. It looks towards the communal gardens and pool area and catches the gentler morning light.

On the opposite side of the apartment is Sabai’s more secluded south-facing terrace. This becomes the sunnier side of the apartment later in the day and has a view towards the sea. It is an especially pleasant place to sit in the afternoon or enjoy a drink as the evening approaches with spectacular sunsetting views.

Because the apartment is on the ground floor, the terraces feel like natural extensions of the indoor living space rather than balconies separated from it.

THE BEDROOM

The bedroom is designed for a comfortable, restful stay and has direct access onto the south-facing terrace.

At its centre is an exceptionally spacious 200 × 200 cm superking bed. If preferred, this can also be arranged as two separate single beds when requested in advance, giving Sabai useful flexibility for couples, friends or relatives travelling together.

Blackout blinds help keep the bedroom dark for sleeping, while air-conditioning and heating provide year-round comfort.

Open the doors, and you can step directly from the bedroom onto the private south-facing terrace for fresh air, afternoon sunshine and the sea view beyond.

There is also a 43-inch television with an Amazon Fire TV Stick, allowing you to relax in bed with your own streaming services.

THE BATHROOM

The bathroom has a calm, spa-inspired feel, with clean Mediterranean styling, warm tiled tones and subtle detailing.

It includes a bathtub, basin and WC in a bright, uncluttered space, with the same attention to small touches found throughout Sabai.

THE KITCHEN

Sabai has a proper, fully equipped kitchen intended for guests who may genuinely want to cook rather than simply prepare breakfast.

Whether you are making a quick coffee before heading to the beach, preparing dinner after a day exploring Pafos or staying for several weeks and cooking regularly, the kitchen is designed to make that easy.

There is also a washing machine, particularly useful for longer stays or guests travelling light.

One feature we particularly like is the separate drinking-water tap. This provides filtered and remineralised drinking water directly in the apartment, saving guests from repeatedly buying and carrying large bottles of water.

WORKING FROM SABAI

Sabai works particularly well for guests combining travel with remote work.

Cyta fibre provides internet speeds of around 200 Mbps, and the network has been arranged to provide a strong connection throughout the apartment and across the outdoor spaces.

For guests who need a more complete working setup, an external monitor, laptop stand, keyboard and mouse can be provided on request.

This makes Sabai equally suitable for a conventional holiday, a workation, or a longer winter stay where reliable internet and a comfortable place to work become much more important.

SMART, EASY ARRIVAL

Entry to Sabai is keyless using a smart lock, so there is no need to arrange a physical key handover.

This is particularly useful if your flight arrives later in the evening or your plans change during the journey. You can arrive, enter independently and begin your stay without needing to coordinate an exact meeting time.

THE POOL AND GROUNDS

Guests have access to the large shared outdoor swimming pool and the landscaped communal areas of the Faros Beach complex.

The setting is residential rather than resort-like, which gives Sabai a more peaceful atmosphere than many larger holiday developments.

There are permanent and long-term residents within the complex, so we ask guests to enjoy the pool and communal spaces respectfully.

THE LOCATION

Sabai is in an excellent position for exploring Pafos without needing to rely on a car.

The sea and coastal path are around five minutes away on foot, making it easy to start the morning with a walk by the water or head down towards the harbour.

The Tombs of the Kings archaeological site is nearby, while the coastline links naturally towards central Kato Pafos, the harbour area and the UNESCO-listed archaeological attractions.

Restaurants, cafés, convenience stores and supermarkets are also accessible locally.

Bus services provide connections around Pafos and towards areas such as Coral Bay, while Pafos Airport can also be reached by local transport or taxi.

If you do have a car, free street parking is normally available beside the complex.

A HOME FOR MORE THAN JUST A WEEKEND

Although Sabai works beautifully for a short holiday, we have deliberately equipped it for guests who want to stay longer too.

Fast internet, proper cooking facilities, washing facilities, comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces, heating as well as air-conditioning, good entertainment and a proper workspace all become much more important once a stay extends beyond a few nights.

During the cooler months, the south-facing terrace is particularly enjoyable, while the apartment’s heating makes winter stays comfortable.

For guests escaping colder climates, Pafos can be an excellent place to spend several weeks rather than simply a few days.

WHO SABAI SUITS

Sabai is particularly well suited to couples, solo travellers, friends travelling together and remote workers.

It is designed for guests who appreciate a comfortable home, peaceful surroundings, good technology and thoughtful details while still being close to the sea and central Pafos.

It is not intended as a party property.

Because Faros Beach is a residential complex, we ask guests to be considerate of neighbours, particularly during the evening and when using the communal areas.

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE

During your stay, you will have private use of the entire apartment and both terraces.

You will also have shared access to the swimming pool and landscaped communal gardens.

There are no shared indoor areas within the apartment.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

A clearly visible Ring video doorbell is installed outside the entrance to the apartment for property security.

It monitors the exterior entrance area only.

There are no cameras or recording devices inside Sabai, in the bedroom, living areas, bathroom or on either of the apartment’s private terraces.

The Ring doorbell can also be disabled from inside the apartment during your stay if preferred.

THE SABAI IDEA

“Sabai” is associated with comfort, ease and feeling relaxed, and that is exactly what we have tried to create here.

Rather than filling the apartment with the minimum needed for a holiday let, we have tried to think about the small things that make a stay easier: a genuinely large and comfortable bed, reliable fast internet, good televisions, drinking water on tap, useful kitchen equipment, easy self check-in, proper heating for winter, comfortable outdoor spaces and somewhere suitable to work if you need to.

The result is a place that works equally well when you spend all day exploring Pafos and when you decide not to go anywhere at all.
