From the moment I received my keys on a first name basis with true charm & hospitality from front reception Alex, to providing welcome drinks & snacks to another guest and myself with him leading the way with another co-worker to making sure we are well set up with toiletries-those are real hospitable touches-Alex needs to be, if not already the main Front Manager here at Hotel Brown Brut. He went beyond any expectation. Shout out to Manager Michael in making the stay even more certain, prepared & taken care of for our group.

Каждое моё утро как в сказке. Открываю окно, а там синяя гладь моря и пальмы. Потрясающий вид. Ещё можно пешком прогуляться до старого Яффо или по набережной Тель-Авива вправо, где много народа и ресторанов. Приятные бонусы в отеле: 'живой' лимонад, кофе, финики с орехами и шампанское в любое время. На 3-м этаже есть терасса, где можно позагорать и несколько джакузи. На нижнем этаже магазины и несколько кафе. Всё есть. Никуда ходить даже не надо. Персонал очень активный, всегда готовы помочь, подсказать. Да, ещё очень добродушный и искренний! Это очень приятно. Спасибо Софии с ресепшн. Милая отзывчивая девушка. Отдельное спасибо менеджеру, Денису. Очень помог во всех вопросах, которые были актуальны для меня. Очень приятный и ответственный молодой человек. Мне реально комфортно здесь находиться. Недалеко остановка транспорта и рынок 'Кармель'. Можно многое найти. Есть хорошие ресторанчики.

Nothing to complain about. They let us book in at 3.30AM after being stranded by Wizzair by an 18 hour delay. So thankful that myself and my daughter didn't have to spend the night on the airport floor. A very helpful guy on the reception desk.

We arrived to the hotel which have a really amazing view on the beach, we received a room that wasn't as we expected, so we talked to the hotel manager and he was really kind and gave us the most beautiful room! The stuff was gentle and helpful and at the end we had a really fantastic vacation! We really recommend this place.
